...let’s do whatever it takes to make you feel that way.
You’re here to change the world and you’re ready to level up your leadership to make it happen
You know it’s time to clarify and illuminate your message and what you’re great at
You’d like to soothe the static between you and the people receiving your work
You’ve been craving spaciousness, a breath of fresh air, and deep connection with other women
You want a new set of tools to make your life easier and more magical
Powerful. Present. Confident. Impactful. Connected.
Shed the layers of old,
Bask in the radiance that is you,
Release that which does not serve.
Explore new horizons,
Revel in the possibilities,
Choose a new path moving forward.
Regain your rebellious brilliance,
Tend to the being that's craving more,
Step back into alignment and balance.

Katherine Johnson is the founder of Spark | Align Your Presence & Personal Brand. Focused on teaching people how to decipher the unconscious messages broadcast through their presence, Katherine unlocks the psychology of our presence to teach why your appearance creates the filter through which everything you say and do is evaluated.
A former professional squash player, national intercollegiate champion and four time All-American at Princeton University, Katherine draws on social psychology, elite athletics and storytelling to teach the art and science of leadership presence. With grace, humor and a passion for connection, Katherine inspires you to change the world by being your best self.
Karen Olson coaches vision-driven women who want to own their confidence, courage, and message. She’s the creator of the Elemental Empowerment Process, which helps people to quickly identify the nature of their stress and use the right tools to come back to balance so they can do more good in the world. Karen also leads nature-based retreats—often in canoes—and regularly coaches her clients in art museums.
Karen has interviewed and written about thought leaders and creatives at the cutting edge of consciousness for 18 years as a freelance writer, and as editor-in-chief of Utne Reader and Public Art Review. She holds an M.F.A. in creative writing and certifications in neuro-transformational coaching, co-active leadership, and holistic health education.
Molly Mandelberg, Founder of Wild Hearts Rise Up, is an expert in helping coaches, healers and visionaries to reach more people. She supports them in creating the strategy, content and systems to have their own heart-centered sales funnel so that they can make a bigger difference (and more money) with less time spent.
Finding your perfect niche and catering specifically to those you can best help is a fine art, and one worth mastering. If you want to be inspired to take action, find the courage to reach for more, or get clarity on how to do so, Molly Mandelberg has got your back.

How about some BONUSES to sweeten the deal?!
Upon registering for this event you will be prompted to schedule a 20 minute call with each of the Wisewood founders, Karen Olson, Katherine Johnson and Molly Mandelberg. We'd like to welcome you and get to know more about you so that this event can be as supportive as possible.
We are committed to supporting your growth and transformation. That's why we are offering you a full hour follow-up session with each of the three leaders of this event. That's 3 hours of coaching valued at over $900, included in your registration.
In addition to the private Wisewood Facebook group, you will receive 3 months of group calls, post-retreat to stay connected to the community. The intention is to bring the juicy retreat energy back into your daily life, so all the magic we created can be integrated.
